Missouri Man Escapes Injury After Vehicle Goes Into Water Way

Little Rock, Iowa — A Missouri man’s vehicle was damaged after losing control of his vehicle and ending up in a creek south of Little Rock on Thursday, April 20th.

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office reports that just after 8 pm on Thursday, 25-year-old Eldrid Smith of Poplar Bluff, Missouri was driving a Ford Explorer on L-26, south of Little Rock. According to the report, Smith reached to the back seat of the vehicle, lost control of his Ford, went into the east ditch and ended up coming to a stop in the water way.

No injuries were reported.
