Nebraska Man Taken To Hospital After Hospers Crash

AccidentGeneric 2Hospers, Iowa — A Nebraska man was taken to the hospital in the aftermath of a one-vehicle crash near Hospers on Saturday.

According to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office 35-year old Shueib Hire, of Lexington, Nebraska, was northbound on Highway 60, about a mile north of Hospers, when he lost control of his 2007 Chevy Aveo, entered the median, and rolled.

Deputies say Hire was taken to the Orange City Hospital by Hospers Ambulance for treatment of his injuries.

Hire’s car sustained an estimated $5-thousand damage.

Deputies say they ticketed Hire for Failure To Maintain Control.

The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Hospers Fire Department and Hospers Ambulance
