No Injuries In Collision Near Sheldon Country Club

O'BrienSheriffSheldon, Iowa — No one was injured in a collision near the Sheldon Country Club on Wednesday, April 5th in Sheldon.

The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office reports that just after 6:00 pm on Wednesday, 18-year-old Kaitlyn Vote of Sheldon was driving a 2014 Ford Focus westbound, leaving the Sheldon Country Club parking lot. Twenty-seven-year-old Kenton Schroder of Ashton was driving a 2001 Dodge Ram northbound on Nest Avenue. According to the report, Vote was turning south out of the parking lot, did not yield to Schroder and struck the Dodge.

The Ford received $4,000 damage; the Dodge received $500 damage.

No injuries were reported.
