Orange City, Iowa — An Orange City teen escaped injury after striking a field driveway on Saturday, August 6th near Orange City.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that at about 10:12 pm on Saturday, 19-year-old Aaron Rohrer of Orange City was driving a 2006 Honda Accord southbound on Jay Avenue, one-half mile south of Orange City. According to the report, Rohrer lost control of the vehicle, entered the west ditch, and struck a field driveway.
The Honda received $10,000 damage.
No injuries were reported.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Iowa State Patrol, Boyden Ambulance and Boyden Fire Department.
