Rock Valley, Iowa — The execution of a search warrant at 1740 19th Avenue in Rock Valley has led to the arrest of three people.
Rock Valley Police Chief Monte Warburton says 38-year old Yvette Garcia-Reza of Rock Valley faces charges of Child Endangerment, and aggravated misdemeanor, Possession of a Controlled Substance, an aggravated misdemeanor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. He says a warrant for Probation Violation was also served on Garcia-Reza.
Warburton says 19-year old Brandon Statema of Rock Valley was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor, and 20-year old Shane Meerdink of Hull was charged with Possession of Drug Parapernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
Chief Warburton says the investigation is continuing, and he expects more arrests in the case.
