Hull, Iowa — A semi trailer jackknifed near Hull on Tuesday, January 5th.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that at about 7:36 am, 56-year-old Mark Prevett of Homer, Nebraska was driving a 2007 Volvo semi-tractor pulling a freight trailer westbound on Highway 18, two and a half miles northwest of Hull. According to the report, the trailer jackknifed, and the truck and trailer became stranded on the roadway.
The Volvo received $5,000 damage.
No injuries were reported
