Sibley Man Arrested On Felony, Misdemeanor Drug-Related Charges

Sibley, Iowa — A 45-year old Sibley man faces a felony and several misdemeanor drug charges after his arrest on warrants this past Saturday.

Osceola County authorities say their arrest of Hue Phat Le stemmed from a search warrant that had been executed at a rural Osceola County residence. Items discovered during that search reportedly led to arrest warrants charging Le with Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp, a Class D Felony, as well as a Controlled Substance Violation, Possession of Methamphetamine, Gathering Where Marijuana is Used, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, all misdemeanor charges.

Deputies say Le was booked into the Osceola County Jail and held on a $12,300 bond.
