Orange City, Iowa — A Sioux City man hit a deer near Orange City on Friday, November 6th.
The Orange City Police Department reports that at about 8:35 pm, 57-year-old Philip Muller was driving a 2004 Pontiac Grand AM southbound on Highway 60 near Orange City. According to the report, Muller stated that several deer ran out in front of him and he struck one with the front end of his car.
The Pontiac received $2000 damage.
No injuries were reported.
