Three Arrested After Trespassing Report

Chatsworth, Iowa — On Sunday, September 6, at 3:10 a.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office investigated a report of trespassing that occurred at a business in Chatsworth.

Upon further investigation, the complainant reported that perpetrator(s) had illegally entered onto property of a local business and appeared to be attempting to steal property belonging to the business.

Deputies later located one of the suspects, 32-year-old Tyler Utesch of Webster City. He was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

As a result of the ongoing investigation, on Sunday, October 4, at 7:30 a.m., 27-year-old Jeffrey Utesch of Sioux City was arrested and charged with trespassing. On Monday, October 5, at 12:30 a.m., 20-year-old Anthony Watkins of Chatsworth was arrested and was also charged with trespassing.

The Sheriff’s Office says the Hawarden Police Department assisted them.
