Hull, Iowa — A vehicle was struck by a stray tire on Tuesday, March 8th in Hull.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that at about 3:28 pm 25-year-old Dustin Rens of Hull was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado southbound on Main Street in Hull. Seventy-three-year-old Larry Bylsma of Hull had parked his 2015 Chevrolet Silverado on Main Street. According to the report, Rens’ front tire dislodged from his pickup, rolled across the roadway and struck Bylsma’s pickup.
The 2015 Silverado received $3900 damage. The 2002 Silverado was not damaged.
No injuries were reported
