Two Vehicle Accident in Orange City

OC PD Orange City PoliceOrange City, Iowa — Two vehicles were damaged in an accident in Orange City on Tuesday, November 3rd.

The Orange City Police Department reports that at about 11:53 am, 35-year-old David Mulder of Orange City was driving a 2010 Ford E350 northbound on Albany Place Southeast in Orange City. Twenty-three-year-old Angelica Alvarado of Sheldon was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado westbound pulling out of a parking lot onto Albany Place Southeast. According to the report, Alvarado did not see Mulder’s van due to a truck parked along the east side of Albany Place Southeast. Alvarado pulled on to the roadway in front of Mulder. Mulder’s van then collided with Alvarado’s pickup.

The E350 received $4000 damage. The Chevrolet received $3500 damage.

No injuries were reported
