Hull, Iowa – Two vehicles were damaged in an accident near Hull on Thursday, January 14th.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that at about 6:28 pm, 29-year-old Eric Kats of Rock Valley was driving a 2010 Chevrolet Avalanche eastbound on 320th Street, two miles west of Hull. Twenty-one-year-old Heidi Tuburgen of Doon was driving a 1999 Ford Taurus southbound on Highway 75. According to the report, Kats failed to stop for the stop sign at Highway 75 and struck Tuburgen in the intersection.
The Avalanche received $1500 damage. The Ford received $7000 damage.
No injuries were reported
