Hull, Iowa — Two vehicles were damaged and no one was injured in an accident just south of Hull on Friday, April 7th.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that at 3:10 pm on Friday, 19-year-old Harley Vink of Hull was driving a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix northbound on Hickory Avenue, one-half mile south of Hull. Forty-eight-year-old Tracy Weidner of Hull was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Impala northbound on Hickory Avenue. According to the report, Vink stopped for oncoming traffic before attempting a left turn onto a residential driveway. Weidner then struck Vink on the roadway.
The Pontiac received $8,000 damage. The Impala received $5,000 damage.
No injuries were reported.
