We recommend eating a wholesome lunch, including iron-rich foods to boost your iron level, and drinking extra water and other fluids. If you are (16 with parental consent), and any age on up, and are in generally good health you may be eligible to donate! All blood types are needed, new donors encouraged, and walkins welcome!
