O”Brien County Supervisors Meeting September 25th

PROCEEDINGS OF O’BRIEN COUNTY SUPERVISORS

Sept. 25, 2012

The Board of Supervisors met as per adjournment in regular session at 9:00 a.m. with all members present.

Moved by Farnsworth, seconded by DeBoom to adopt a Resolution of the Board for a Letter of Intent for Region. This resolution states the Counties intent to pursue joining with the counties of Buena Vista, Calhoun, Cherokee, Dickinson, Emmet, Ida, Lyon, O’Brien, Osceola, Palo Alto, Plymouth, Sac, Sioux, and Woodbury for a Mental Health and Disability Services Region for delivery of mental health and disability services. Motion carried by all ayes.

Moved by J. Haack, seconded by R. Haack to approve the utility construction application of Osceola Rural Water between Sections 26 & 35 of Carroll Township and in Section 6, Union Township . Motion carried by all ayes.

Moved by Farnsworth, seconded by DeBoom to approve the minutes of September 11, 2012. Motion carried by all ayes.

Moved by J. Haack, seconded R. Haack to adjourn to October 2, 2012. Motion carried by all ayes.
