PROCEEDINGS OF O’BRIEN COUNTY SUPERVISORS

The Board of Supervisors met as per adjournment in regular session at 9:00 a.m. with all members present.
Moved by DeBoom, seconded by Steensma to approve the proceedings of March 12, 2013. Motion carried by all ayes.
Moved by Steensma, seconded by Friedrichsen to approve a claim Iowa State Bank for the credit card charges for supplies at $429.90. Motion carried by all ayes.
Moved by Friedrichsen, seconded by McDowell to authorize the Chairman to sign a release of Mortgage for a property that was in the Housing Rehabilitation Program. Motion carried by all ayes.
Moved by DeBoom, seconded by Steensma to accept the quote of Prins Plumbing & Heating for $4,821.93 to install a heating system in the Archer Secondary Road Shop. Motion carried by all ayes.
Moved by Steensma, seconded by McDowell to accept the quote of Equity Contracting at $4,708.56 for bridge deck sealing on 2 bridges. Motion carried by all ayes.
Moved by McDowell, seconded by Friedrichsen to approve the liquor license application of Sheldon Country Club. Motion carried by all ayes.
Moved by Steensma, seconded by Friedrichsen to change the hearing date on the proposed expansion of a finished market hog facility owned by Larry Jenness in Section 30, Center Township from March 26, 2013 to April 2, 2013 at 8:45 a.m. Motion carried by all ayes.
Moved by Friedrichsen, seconded by Steensma to adjourn to March 26, 2013. Motion carried by all ayes.
