The Board of Supervisors met as per adjournment in regular session at 9:00 a.m. with all members present.

Moved by DeBoom, seconded by Steensma to approve the proceedings of June 11, 2013 with an amendment to the motion regarding the purchase of a 2013 two wheel drive Chevrolet Tahoe the amount should be $24,938.00 and the 2013 four wheel drive Chevrolet Tahoe K9 unit should be $29,845.00. Motion carried by all ayes.

Moved by Friedrichsen, seconded by McDowell to approve the underground construction applications of Windstream in Section 17, Union Township and Long Lines in Liberty Township. Motion carried by all ayes.

Moved by Friedrichsen, seconded by McDowell to approve the fireworks permit of Dustin Evans in Section 31, Baker Township. Motion carried by all ayes.

Moved by DeBoom, seconded by Friedrichsen to set the Human Services Custodian hourly rate at $12.50 per hour for fiscal 2014. Motion carried by all ayes.

Moved by Steensma, seconded by DeBoom to approve the Fiscal 2014 salary of the Sheriff’s Administrative Assistant at $43,153.50. Motion carried by all ayes.

Moved by DeBoom, seconded by Steensma to adjourn to June 28, 2013. Motion carried by all ayes.
