The Board of Supervisors met as per adjournment in regular session at 9:00 a.m. with all members present.

Moved by Farnsworth, seconded by DeBoom to renew the County Health Insurance third party administration with First Administrators with a $55,000 stop loss per individual with HM Life as the reinsurance provider and to also continue with the organ transplant policy for 2013. Motion carried by all ayes.

Moved by J. Haack, seconded by DeBoom to adopt the Resolution of Support for the Rock Island Clean Line Electric Transmission Project. Motion carried by all ayes.

Moved by DeBoom, seconded by R. Haack to approve the minutes of December 11, 2012. Motion carried by all ayes.

Moved by J. Haack seconded by R. Haack to only pay the single health insurance increase in the fixed costs for 2013 ($20.00 per month for all policy holders). Ayes: J. Haack & R. Haack Nays: Farnsworth, DeBoom Chair abstained Motion failed.

Moved by J. Haack, seconded DeBoom to adjourn to January 2, 2013. Motion carried by all ayes.
