Orange City, Iowa — An Archer man faces charges of Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree following an investigation into an incident that allegedly happened in 2013.
Orange City Police say Steven John Landhuis, who was 23 at the time of the alleged incident, faces the charge for reportedly engaging in sexual intercourse with a 14-year old female at a residence in Orange City.
The Orange City Police Department is investigating.
