Sibley, Iowa — A Garner, Iowa woman was jailed in lieu of a $4600 bond following an incident Monday evening (June 6th) in Sibley.
Osceola County authorities say they arrested 32-year old Maggie Mae Moyer, of Garner, and charged her with Driving While Revoked, Interference With Official Acts, Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine), and Assault on a Peace Officer, all Serious Misdemeanors. Deputies say Moyer was also charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and 5th Degree Criminal Mischief, both Simple Misdemeanors.
Authorities say the arrest stemmed from an investigation of a valid warrant from Cerro Gordo County.
