Hartley, Iowa — A 26-year old Hartley man faces a felony charge after his arrest on a burglary warrant.
According to Hartley Police Chief Joe Hengeveld, the charge aagainst Dylan Halbur stems from an incident in late April, in which Halbur allegedly entered a Hartley apartment building with the intent to commit the theft of a parcel that had been sent through the United States Postal Service.
