Sioux County, Iowa — A 24-year old Hudson, South Dakota man was arrested early Sunday following a disturbance at a residence on Cherry Avenue, one mile northeast of Hudson, South Dakota.
According to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office, an investigation determined that 24-year old Logan Brandt became involved in a disturbance with people at the residence where a 3-year old child was present. Deputies say the child was not injured during the incident.
Sioux County authorities say Brandt was charged with: 3rd Offense Operating While Intoxicated, a Class D Felony; Child Endangerment, an Aggravated Misdemeanor; as well as Assault and Open Container of Alcohol in a Vehicle, both of which are Simple Misdemeanors.
Sioux County deputies were assisted by officers from the Rock Valley Police Department.
