The Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office says that they were called out about 6:45 AM. They say they believe a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Chase Tullis of Sioux City entered the north side embankment of 190th Street, entering a pasture. The vehicle then rolled several times before coming to a rest on its driver’s side.

Tullis was taken to Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars, and was then transferred to Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls.

Deputies say that at last report, the exact cause of the accident was unknown, and the investigation continued.

The Sheriff’s Office says the Oyens and Remsen Fire Departments, as well as Remsen Ambulance personnel, and the Iowa State Patrol assisted on the scene.
