Hospers, Iowa — An Orange City woman hit a deer near Hospers on Wednesday November 4th.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that at about 6:26 pm, 21-year-old Amanda Jackson of Orange City was driving southbound on Highway 60, one-half mile north of Hospers in a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. According to the report, Jackson struck a deer in the roadway.
The Hyundai received $3000 damage.
No injuries were reported.
