Rock Valley Man Taken To Hospital After Motorcycle Accident

Sioux Center, Iowa — A Rock Valley man was taken to a hospital after a motorcycle accident on Highway 75 near Sioux Center on Friday evening.

According to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office, about 5:05 p.m., 22-year-old Gregory Palma of Rock Valley was driving a 2006 Harley Davidson Road King northbound on Highway 75, two miles north of Sioux Center when he lost control and the motorcycle overturned.

The Sioux Center Ambulance took Palma to the Sioux Center Health Hospital.

The Harley Davidson sustained approximately $5,000 in damage.

The sheriff’s office reports that the Sioux Center Fire Department, Sioux Center Ambulance Squad, and the Sioux Center Police Department assisted them with the response to the accident, which they say remains under investigation.
