A semi trailer was damaged after it rolled into a ditch on December 7th.
The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office reports that at about 11:53 pm, 43-year-old Watson St. Fort of Naples, Florida was driving a 2016 Peterbilt semi tractor eastbound on 300th Street. According to the report, St. Fort was backing on a gravel road in an attempt to park and rest when the tires on the trailer left the road and were entering the soft shoulder. The report continues that the shoulder gave way and the trailer broke away from the tractor and rolled onto its side in the north ditch.
The trailer received $2500 damage.
No injuries were reported
