Sioux Center, Iowa — An Orange City teen hit a cow on Sunday, October 18th near Sioux Center.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that at about 8:13 pm on Sunday, 16-year-old Collin Root of Orange City was driving a 2011 GMC pickup westbound on 400th Street, a half a mile east of Sioux Center. According to the report, Root struck a cow on the roadway.
The GMC received $2500 damage.
No injuries were reported.
