Two Vehicle Collision in Sibley

Osceola Sheriff Car 72-2Sibley, Iowa — Two vehicles were damaged after a collision at a Sibley intersection Thursday, January 7th.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reports that at about 8:21 am on Thursday, 33-year-old Timothy James Ellerbroek of Sibley was driving a 2011 Chevy Silverado eastbound on 4th Street in Sibley. Twenty-seven-year-old Jackelin Paola Monzon Reyes of Sibley was driving a 2006 Toyota 4Runner northbound on 4th Avenue. According to the report, due to the fog and mist, the roads were icy and both vehicles collided in the intersection.

The Chevy received $3000 damage. The Toyota received $5000 damage.

No injuries were reported
