Sheldon, Iowa — Prairie Trail Village, the apartment and townhome community being built in eastern Sheldon, near Taco John’s, is nearing completion.
Ashley Bruske is a spokesperson for Prairie Trail Village, and tells us about the project.
Bruske says the apartments will be available to move into soon.
She says if you’re interested in reserving an apartment unit at Prairie Trail Village, you should contact her.
Bruske talks about some of the amenities included in the Prairie Heritage Village apartments.
She says that, while the apartments will be available to move into September 1st, the townhouse units will take just a little while longer.
Bruske says Prairie Trail Village is excited to become a part of Sheldon.
