$2300 Worth Of Copper Wire Stolen From Construction Site In Sheldon

Sheldon, Iowa — Some copper wire was reported stolen from a construction site in Sheldon in the last few days.

The Sheldon Police Department reports that sometime between October 14 and October 16, someone reported that they found that thirteen 16-inch spools of 14, 12, and 10-gauge solid copper wire had been stolen from a construction site.

The spools were valued at $3200.
