Date posted - May 13, 2014

Northwest Iowa — One of Senator Tom Harkin’s aides is making stops in northwest Iowa.

Sandi O’Brien was at the George-Little Rock school on Monday. She toured improvements that were made possible through $541,000 in funding that the district received through the Iowa Demonstration Construction grant program.

On May 19th, the Senator’s aide will be in Sibley to view new equipment and programs at Osceola Community Hospital that were possible through federal grants. She’ll also view playground equipment and improvements to a child care facility in the community.
