Sheldon City Council To Meet Wednesday To Discuss Budget Amendment, Water Rates And More

Sheldon, Iowa — The Sheldon City Council will meet Wednesday, May 21st with a public hearing at 4:30. Council Chambers

The hearing will be on a budget amendment for this fiscal year. In other business they will consider the second reading of water rates for the coming fiscal year and consider the sale of a lot in Trilogy Village. The council will also consider the approval of union contracts for Public Works employees and Police Officers. The final item will again be a discussion on the purchase of property. This will probably be held in closed session.

Wednesday’s 4:30 City Council meeting will be held in the upper level of the Sheldon Community Services Center.
