Alton Man Charged With 10 Counts Of Making Alcohol Available To Persons Under Legal Age

Alton, Iowa — Another person has been arrested in connection with the party that was busted last week near Alton. In the original story we told you that nine young people were cited on alcohol charges and one on and interference charge early Tuesday morning, February 26th, at a place southeast of Alton.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office now reports that this past Saturday morning, their officers arrested 23-year-old James Baugh of Alton. He was charged with 10 counts of making alcohol available to persons under legal age.
