Alton Man Charged With 10 Counts Of Making Alcohol Available To Persons Under Legal Age

James BaughAlton, Iowa — Another person has been arrested in connection with the party that was busted last week near Alton. In the original story we told you that nine young people were cited on alcohol charges and one on and interference charge early Tuesday morning, February 26th, at a place southeast of Alton.

The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office now reports that this past Saturday morning, their officers arrested 23-year-old James Baugh of Alton. He was charged with 10 counts of making alcohol available to persons under legal age.

    talk about gun laws and killing people. in my mind this is no different. drunk driving. under age. providing.

      First of all your post makes no sense, what do gun laws have to do with killing people, last I checked, killers don’t have much regard for the law. Next, underage drinkers are breaking gun laws???, killing people??? So you are one of the dimwits who wants a kids life ruined because he had a party?
      If you are a “biker” you sure are a dull, non stereotypical one, or are you one of the billion newbies wearing $1,000.00 worth of leather in July??
