Attempted Murder Trial Postponed

Primghar, Iowa — The attempted murder trial of  a north-central Iowa man that was originally scheduled to begin O'Brien Courthouse2Tuesday, July 8th in O’Brien County District Court, didn’t take place.

According to the Kossuth County Attorney’s Office, the attempted murder trial of twenty-six-year-old Andrew Zeitler, who is accused of  shooting a man several times during a dispute in Wesley, Iowa, in Kossuth County, has been delayed.

The Attorney’s Office says that the Pre-Trial Conference in the case has been continued until July 21st in O’Brien County District Court, and no trial date has been set at this time.

The trial was moved from Kossuth to O’Brien County last November on a Change of Venue request.
