Hartly Woman Pleads Guilty To Driving While Suspended

Sibley, Iowa — On September 24, 2012, Debra Schuknecht, age 27 of Hartley pled guilty to Driving While Suspended, a Simple Misdemeanor.

The Defendant is to pay a total fine of $402.50, the cost of this action, and restitution of any court appointed attorney fees, if any. On July 22, 2012, Debra Schuknecht was stopped on Highway 60 and 250th Street in Osceola County for a traffic violation. A check of Schuknecht’s driving record showed she was suspended.
