Hospers Man Arrested On Charge Of Violating No Contact Order

Granville, Iowa — On Thursday, January 3 at 11:15 p.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office investigated a reported violation of a no contact order which occurred at a business in Granville.
Upon further investigation deputies determined that David Vande Weerd, age 53, of Hospers violated a no contact order which had been placed on him. Vande Weerd was arrested for the violation.
