Sibley, Iowa — A North Dakota man is behind bars on felony OWI charges.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Sunday morning, July 19, 2015, one of their deputies arrested 41-year-old Eduardo Rene Palos-Vazquez of Williston, ND.
He is charged with allegedly Operating While Intoxicated, Third Offense, which is a felony.
The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Fifth Street and Second Avenue in Sibley.
At last report, Palos-Vazquez was being held in the Osceola County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
