Primghar Woman Hits Cow with Car

O'BrienSheriff obriensheriff O'Brien SheriffA Primghar woman reportedly struck a stock cow in the late evening of February 1st.

Just before midnight on the 1st, the O’Brien County Sheriffs Office was called out to an accident where 20 year old Kelsey Roos of Primghar reportedly struck the stock cow, owned by Doug Streit, with her 2004 Pontiac Bonneville on the passenger front end.

According to the report the Bonneville sustained an estimated $1000 dollars in damages, the cow had $0 estimated damages, and no citations were given.

No injuries were reported
