Reward Offered In Vehicle Vandalism Case

lightbar2Sheldon, Iowa — The O’Brien County Crime Dusters is offering a $300 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person, or persons, involved in a vandalism incident that happened in Sheldon last week.

Sheldon Police say the incident took place sometime between May 31st and June 2nd.  They say the suspect or suspects intentionally caused significant damage to the hood of a car that was for sale, and parked for display purposed, in a parking lot along Highway 18 in Sheldon.  Police report damage to the vehicle of more than $1500 in the incident.
