Sibley Fender Bender Damages Two Sibley Residents’ Vehicles

Sibley, Iowa — Two Sibley residents’ vehicles were damaged in an accident on Monday (2/4).
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reports that that 35-year-old Chad Jansma of Sibley was driving a 1997 Buick, on 4th Street, just west of 5th Avenue. Thirty-seven-year-old Rodolfo Dani Rosas-Rodriguez of Sibley was driving a 2001 Ford.
Both drivers were backing from their respective driveways at the same time and backed into each other in the middle of 4th Street. There were no injuries. Rosas-Rodriguez was written a citation for not having a valid driver license.
Jansma’s vehicle sustained $900 damage, Rodriguez’s sustained $500 damage.
