Sibley, Iowa — Brisa Ivone Ramos DeLa Cruz, 29, of Sibley, IA, plead guilty to Driving While Barred as a Habitual Offender, which was committed on March 20, 2015.
Ramos DeLa Cruz is to pay a fine of $625, a 35% surcharge of $218.75, all court costs, the Sheriff’s room and board fees, and court appointed attorney’s fees.
