Sioux Falls Man Receives Minor Injuries In Accident On Highway 18

Primghar, Iowa — The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Friday, September 14th, at about 1:35 AM, Armand Bile, age 42 of Sioux Falls, SD was westbound on HWY 18 when he fell asleep and entered the south ditch, striking Mile Marker #45 sign.

Bile drove back onto HWY 18 and came to rest facing east on the north shoulder. Bile received minor injuries and was wearing safety restraints. Bile’s vehicle received approximately $3,569 dollars in damage.
