Tea, SD Man’s Car Damaged In Car-Deer Accident Near Hudson

Rural Rock Valley, Iowa — On Tuesday, February 5, at 7:00 a.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office investigated a motor vehicle accident that occurred on 360th Street, 10 miles southwest of Rock Valley, near Hudson, SD.

Matthew McEachran, age 39, of Tea, SD was driving a 2001 Volkswagen Jetta eastbound on 360th Street when
his vehicle struck a deer on the roadway.

No injuries were reported.

The Volkswagen sustained approximately $1,500 in damages.
