Vehicles Driven By Teens From Sheldon, Little Rock Damaged In Accident Near George

George, Iowa — On Monday 6/18/2012 at approximately 11:30 pm, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department investigated a two-vehicle accident on the 2000 Block of L-14, north of George.
Cheyenne T Van Beek age 17 of Sheldon, was traveling north on L14. Andrea J Schuck age 19 of Little Rock, was also traveling north on L14.
Van Beek slowed/stopped in front of Schuck due to the Schuck vehicle having its head lights on high. Schuck was unable to stop and rear-ended the Van Beek vehicle.
Van Beek’s 2007 Pontiac Torrent received approximately $1,800 in damage. Schuck’s 2001 Chevy Impala owned by Rhonda Schuck received approximately $2,500 in damage.
Schuck was cited for following too closely. There were no injuries.
