Vehicles Driven By Women From Yankton, Luverne Damaged In Sioux Center Area Accident

Sioux Center, Iowa — On Wednesday, January 9, at 1:41 PM, the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office investigated a motor vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of Highway 75 and 360th Street, two miles north of Sioux Center.
Pamela Hamberger, age 41, of Yankton, SD was driving a 2006 GMC Envoy eastbound on 360th Street. She stopped for the stop sign at Highway 75. Grada Raak, age 82, of Luverne, MN was driving a 1999 Mercury Marquis southbound on Highway 75.
Hamberger turned left onto Highway 75 in the path of Raak’s vehicle, causing a collision.
No injuries were reported.
Both vehicles sustained about $4,000 in damages.
Hamberger was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign.
