Brisk winds will continue early this morning with wind chills largely near and below zero, but winds will continue to diminish during this day of below normal temperatures. After this, temperatures will return above normal right into early next week, with only a small step back on Saturday. Other than a small chance for some freezing drizzle toward Cherokee, Spencer or Storm Lake on Friday night, dry weather will continue.
