Sheldon, Iowa — Wednesday’s Sheldon City Council meeting will include a Public Hearing at 4:30 Wednesday afternoon. The hearing will be on the updated Comprehensive Land Use Plan. The Council will also act on the sale of a lot in the Sunshine Addition, and consider quotes on the Sludge Improvement Project at the waste water treatment plant.
In other business the Council will set the Date and Time for a public hearing on a subdivision final plat for an area near the Golf Course, as well as consider a development proposal from the Sheldon Chamber and Development Corporation.
Wednesday’s 4:30 meeting will be held in the upper level of the Sheldon Community Services Center.
