Council To Order Construction Of Wastewater Treatment Facility During Wednesday’s Meeting

Sheldon, Iowa — The Sheldon City Council will meet in regular session this Wednesday, January 17th, with a rather brief agenda. 

Under the list of new business items the council will consider the second reading to amend the zoning ordinance and also consider approval of a resolution ordering construction of the Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements project, as well as fixing a date for a public hearing and taking of bids for the project.  They will also hear a Sheldon Community Ambulance report for 2017 as well as staff reports.

The Council meeting will begin at 4:30 Wednesday afternoon in the upper level of the Sheldon Community Services Center.
