Sheldon, Iowa — The Crossroads Pavilion Board will meet Wednesday evening (April 12th) at 6:00 in the SCDC Conference Room at the Sheldon Community Services Center.
The Board is scheduled to discuss the development of a Mission Statement during Wednesday’s meeting. The Board will also review the Crossroads Pavilion Marketing Material for Publication, and consider its approval. The Board is also scheduled to review, and consider approval of, Rental Rates for the facility. They’ll also identify additional operational needs of the Event Center, and consider recommendations to the City Council.
The Crossroads Pavilion Board is also expected to review the catering needs of the facility, and consider approval, if they feel it’s appropriate. They’ll also review the Job Description for an Event Coordinator, and consider its approval. They’ll also review Crossroads policies and procedures, and consider their approval.
Wednesday evenings meeting of the Crossroads Pavilion Board will begin at 6:00 in the SCDC Conference Room at the Sheldon Community Services Center.
