Sheldon, Iowa – The Crossroads Pavilion Board will meet in regular session Wednesday, July 12th at 6:00 p.m. in the SCDC conference room at the Sheldon Community Services Center.
Old business to review includes the fire monitoring and maintenance agreements, an update on the Celebration Days and Donor Events, an update on the Prairie Queen Mill Room rental fees, as well as reviewing the progress of the electrical upgrade. The board will also discuss their progress on finding an Event Coordinator.
New business on the agenda for consideration and possible approval are the audio-visual system care plan and bar considerations.
Wednesday’s regular July meeting of the Crossroads Pavilion Board will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the SCDC Conference Room at the Sheldon Community Services Center.
